Tsavo East National Park is one of the oldest and largest parks in Kenya at 13747 km2. It is situated in a semi-arid area in the coastal region. It is famous for large herds of red-dusted elephants which like rolling on the red dusty soil.

The reserve is a home to a population of about 900 Elephants.
